What’s your favorite Love Beets product and why?
Our Sweetfire beets. They give me that spicy kick that I enjoy!
How do you eat your beets?
I put them on my salads, eat them with some cheese or just eat them plain.
What quote keeps you upBEET?

What inspires you?
My family, boyfriend and friends — they’re all a big reason for moving back east and changing careers.
What’s your favorite healthy habit.
I try to work out at least 5 days a week.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
I love Snickers ice cream bars and binge-watching shows on Netflix and HBO Go.
