Best with Cooked Beets

Beet, Mozzarella & Naan Bread Pizza

Prep Time: 10 min // Cook Time: 10-12 min Servings: 2-4

What to do

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange the naan on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, garlic and olive oil, then divide between the naan and spread all over with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top each naan evenly with the mozzarella, beets, pepperoni and any other toppings that you choose to add. Grind over a little black pepper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the naan is crisp and the cheese melted. Serve immediately and enjoy!

What you’ll Need

2 plain naan breads

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

1 tbsp olive oil 

1 cup cooked beets, cut into wedges

1/4 cup pepperoni (if you’d like!)

1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded or torn into pieces

Freshly ground black pepper
