Cheesy Kale and Beet Salsa Pizza

What to do

To make the garlic oil, heat the olive oil and garlic in a pan over a low heat for 10 minutes, being careful not to let the garlic brown.Remove from the heat and let cool.

Preheat the oven to 190°c. Prepare the dough to the instructions on pack. Top with 2 tbsp of garlic olive oil using the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges. Toss the remaining garlic oil with the chopped kale and ¼ tsp sea salt, massaging the kale for 2-3 minutes to soften.

Top the dough with kale then mozzarella, Love Beets Salsa, feta and jalapeños .Bake for 10 minutes and rotate pizza. Cook until the crust is golden and cheese is melted. Slice and enjoy!

1 Pizza dough base

6 cloves garlic

60ml olive oil

2-3 leaves kale, chopped

¼ tsp sea salt

250g mozzarella cheese, grated

30g Feta cheese

1 fresh jalapeño , sliced
